A number of agencies in Brisbane provide regular outreach clinics at the Brisbane Homelessness Service Centre. These are a valuable addition to our services, and provide opportunities for people who are experiencing homelessness to receive housing, health and legal assitance in a single, accessible location.
Individuals and families can access these clinics by calling or dropping in to BHSC to make an appointment.
The Homeless Health Outreach Team - Wednesday 9.30am - 12pm.
- provide health responses in the area of mental health, general health, alcohol and substance misuses for homeless people living within a 3 km radius of the GPO

Homeless Persons’ Legal Clinic - Tuesday 9am - 10.30am
- provide free legal advice and assistance to people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in most areas of law and may assist clients on an ongoing basis by undertaking research and or casework

Homeless to Home Healthcare Clinics
